The Corporate Yachting Regatta is a great way to promote communication, leadership and teamwork skills. Motivate your staff and bond with your clients through a fun race day on Sydney Harbour that everyone will remember long after the race is run. Corporate Yachting Regatta Your staff and/or
clients are divided into two crews between 7 to 18 members. The yachts
range in size from 33 to 45 feet. After a brief briefing on the wharf,
the teams board the yachts and receive a brief safety brief from the Skipper.
From there it is off to the starting area to begin practicing manoeuvres.
Prior to the start, both teams will jostle for position before the start

by the best in the business then compete against your colleagues and clients

how much time you have and your team requirements. The tournament provides
an opportunity for you to make award presentations to staff members and
clients. During the tournament you may observe characteristics from your
staff that may surprise you, hopefully for the betterment of all concerned.
