Yachting Corporate Regatta

The Corporate Yachting Regatta is a very unique way to promote communication, leadership and teamwork skills. Motivate your staff or reward your clients with a fun race day on Sydney Harbour.

A yachting regatta works as follows:

Your staff or clients are divided into teams of between 7-18 and allocated to yachts ranging in length from 31-50ft. After a short briefing on the wharf, the teams board the yacht and receive a short safety brief from the Instructor. From there it is off to the starting area to begin practice maneuvers.

Prior to the start teams jostle for position before the start gun goes off and the race begins. The teams will sail the yachts around a course of natural landmarks on the Harbour.

No previous experience is required and all team members are equally encouraged to participate. A minimum number of 14 is required for this experience to go ahead

Corporate Beach Volleyball

Imagine spending a couple of hours with nothing but sun, surf and sand between your toes. Compete against your colleagues and put your volleyball skills to the test. This is the perfect team building opportunity to improve teamwork and communication skills. So, what are you waiting for?

Learn to play beach volleyball by the best in the business then compete against your colleagues in a team building mini tournament event. The day can either include an organised skill instruction and / or a mini-tournament. It just depends how much time you have and your team requirements.

We usually start with a 1 hour instruction session, where we teach your staff the basic skills and rules of the game and then follow with a 1 hour mini-tournament.
The tournament provides an opportunity for you to make award presentations to staff members. During the tournament you may observe characteristics from your staff that you have NEVER seen before! Competition does strange things to people and this is the perfect team building experience!

Afterwards, go for a quick dip in the ocean followed by a refreshing drink at the local bar or pub.

Hypnosis Show

Stage hypnotist Bill Wheeler takes control of the crowd and invites willing volunteers to become the stars of the show. 10 – 30 volunteers are invited to the stage and taken down into a deep hypnotic trance, enabling them the opportunity to experience heightened creativity, increased relaxation and sharpened mental empowerment – all to the unending delight of audiences.

It is with his participants in this hypnotized state, that Bill builds his enormously entertaining performance, delighting participants and audience members alike together with his fast-paced wit in a superb, unforgettable one of a kind performance allowing everyone onstage to delight the audience performing many hilariously funny routines.

Each participant that is on the stage will react differently to the suggestions offered, so no two shows are ever alike! Because of this unique factor, Bill is able to personalize the performance to fit any event for friends or corporate function. The performance is 60 - 90 minutes of pure enlightening fun!!

Laser Skirmish

Laser Skirmish is a new sport using the latest technology. Because the units don’t have a projectile they are not firearms. Since there is no paint there is no mess. The guns shoot further, are more accurate and are not affected by wind. Plus there are no legal restrictions on this game.

Once you suit up, whether in our hired camouflage gear, or your own gear, you'll be kited out with a camouflage baseball cap fitted with a sensor, camo face paint and a two-way radio. (Face paint and radios are optional with the corporate or bucks party pack, can be hired for $5).

A safety briefing and basic explanation of the rules are given, teams chosen and weapons selected. There are various types of gun to choose from including the Morita, which is based on the design of the gun in Starship Troopers and the Pulse rifle that resembles the gun in Alien 2.

The guns shoot an invisible and harmless infrared beam, which has a range of up to 150 metres. The sensor attached to your hat monitors the number of times you are hit during the game. Your aim when shooting is to hit the opponent’s 20 cm sensor area. But BEWARE referees monitor games to stop cheats from hiding their sensor.

Each time you are hit your gun lets you know by giving off a grunt and displaying the word 'ouch' on its screen. This means you have lost a life and you put up your hand to acknowledge it to the other team.

When you have run out of ammo you run to the bunker to re-charge and get back out on the field trying to avoid losing all of your lives. If you do, your gun will scream and the words ‘Dead’ will appear on the screen to let you know that you are well and truly out of the game!

Segway Human Transporter

The Segway Human Transporter, HT for short, is the first self balancing transportation device ever made. To move forward you simply lean forward, to move backwards, lean backwards, after you've been gliding on the Segway HT for a little while you'll swear it was reading your mind.

We conduct tours by Segway on Saturday and Sunday of every week. The tour starts with a 20 minute Segway HT orientation and training section. Then we head off for a one and a half hour Segway Tour past some of Sydney's most beautiful sights and icons.

The Tour has an intermission half way to share the experience and excitement over some light refreshments provided. The Tour finishes where it starts where you’ll receive your Segway Human Transporter Pilots license, Segway Tour Certificate and information pack and there is time for group photos to be taken.

Spa Ultimate Rejuvenator Day For Eight

On arriving at Spa Chakra at the appointed time, guests will be greeted by the Assistant Manager and offered a complimentary Spa beverage. Guests will then be individually introduced to their therapist who will lead them to candle lit private treatment rooms to disrobe and change into lovely white gowns and slippers for an afternoon of total indulgence.

So we give everyone a drink and canapés, then we'll explain how the cook-up will progress. Following a few quick safety issues, we'll deliver the analogies between your work environment and a restaurant kitchen, then liven up the event with some music.

The group will be placed in teams of 5-15 people. Each team enjoys the benefit of their own experienced chef/cook who'll encourage them to get involved in preparing dishes to create a magnificent buffet. You'll learn how to chop, fry, sizzle, flambee, bbq and bake.

o BRING ON THE WAIT STAFF!
Having finished as the chefs, you'll now become the wait staff as you create an 'Italian Long Lunch' style table setting. One and all become involved in putting out tea lights, intricate napkin folding, adding flowers...whatever they choose from their surroundings.
